Frank spent a decade at Wurldtech, joining in 2006 as a network security specialist and rising to Director of Technology. He helped develop Achilles, Delphi and Achilles Inside for the industrial automation and SCADA markets, and led public and non-public vulnerability management and mitigation for industrial systems and critical infrastructure. He also researched SCADA and process control network security at Digital Bond.

Since 2016 he has worked as a senior security analyst designing secure cyber governance and network architecture. At Stauro that discipline is the point: the control layer assumes it will be probed, argued with and worked around, and Frank's role is to make sure the mechanism holds when it is.

Laura spent five and a half years as COO of Realm, the esports infrastructure company built in partnership with EA and scaled past 200,000 players, owning the systems, hiring and processes that kept a lean startup shipping. She then ran end-to-end operations as COO of Nitro, a blockchain economic layer for AI agents, through an institutionally backed private token sale.

She is CEO of Actium Labs and COO of Good Ventures Labs. At Stauro she owns operations: how deployments are scoped and sequenced, how the company delivers on what it promises enterprise customers, and how the team scales without losing the rigor the product depends on.

Steve has been CFO of Signalytic since 2021, where he supported growth from pre-revenue to seven figures in three years and led two successful fundraising rounds. Before that he founded the National Social Value Fund, a social enterprise fund built to bring investment into local communities, expanding it across seven Canadian cities and putting student experiential learning inside the investment committee process.

He served as Executive Director through the fund's merger into Propel Impact, and as Program Director of the HSBC Social Innovation Academy ran its impact investment division. He was previously an associate at Helder Ventures investing in seed to Series A companies. At Stauro he leads finance, from the economics of enterprise deployments through to the reporting investors and boards require.

At MindGeek, Eric led a fifteen-developer team maintaining platforms handling roughly 12 billion monthly visits at 99.99% uptime, and built AI content classification running across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. Across fifteen years he has built and scaled engineering organizations, several from zero to 100+ people, on platforms serving 45M+ monthly users.

As CTO of Realm Technologies he engineered real-time matchmaking for 200,000+ concurrent players at sub-100ms latency, with EA Sports and Respawn integrations. He was VP of Engineering at Space Metaverse through its acquisition by Binance Labs, and founded and ran a software consultancy for eleven years. He now leads architecture design at Stauro.

Colin works across government and industry, the two constituencies that usually have to agree before a control technology reaches a live environment. At DMG Blockchain Solutions he leads business development for sovereign AI infrastructure, structuring partnerships across federal, provincial and Indigenous stakeholders and engaging DND, Shared Services and ISED.

He served as VP, Outreach for Canada's AI Sovereignty and Innovation Cluster. Earlier he led enterprise and government expansion in North America for Archistar's planning SaaS, directed corporate development at Nexii through its rise to a $1B valuation, and spent three years as a ministerial chief of staff in the BC Public Service. He began his career as an intelligence analyst with the RCMP.

Dmitry works in cybersecurity infrastructure and device development. He spent nearly four years as a Senior Consultant at MNP and, before that, at Cyberium Group, following a year and a half at KPMG Canada, where he helped develop the audit methodology for a first national review of a blockchain project and ran penetration tests against web applications, networks and hardware.

As Cybersecurity and Compliance Lead at Nexii Building Solutions he owned the cybersecurity program end to end: network architecture for internal and SaaS systems, penetration testing, policy review, internal business automation and security training. He is CEO of Pivotchip Security and CTO of Grateful Estate, and began his career building automation systems for pharmaceutical, retail and consulting firms.

Rae is an award-winning creative director and brand architect working across luxury, lifestyle, fashion and consumer brands, with work featured in Forbes. Her practice runs from identity and design language through storytelling and brand experience, and her case studies are built on brands whose positioning had to be established rather than described.

At Stauro she leads creative. The company's core claim is a subtle one, and much of the work is in stating it precisely enough that a security leader recognizes their own problem in it, without the overstatement the category invites.

Lane has spent more than twenty years developing leaders and solving organizational problems, first through Lane Sherman Consulting and since 2018 as founder of PeopleStuff, a boutique OD practice serving small and medium-sized organizations across BC and Alberta. He spent nearly eleven years at Royal Roads University as associate faculty and team coach in the Faculty of Management, working with more than 3,000 teams.

His book, The Keys to Collaboration: How to build a great team or fix the one you've got, draws on observations of over 5,000 teams. At Stauro he leads people strategy. The product is ultimately about who in an organization holds which authority, which makes the question he has spent a career on the same one the company is building for.
